Here's your first assignment to make something.  For this project you will create 5 still images dealing with "Place" as it is discussed in the reading from "Themes in Contemporary Art".  Remember, consciousness is a place, anxiety can be a place (what would it look like?), a real place can be a place (obviously).  Attempt to deal with place a little differently in each of your five images.  You are welcome to address 5 different places or 1 place in 5 different ways, or any combination of the two.  Do some research, watch Art21's videos on space, place, and site specific work.
